OneFlow® is not a water softener, but uses an innovative technology (Template Assisted Crystallization (CAP) that improves tap water quality by neutralizing limescale. The OneFlow® media in the cartridge attracts calcium and magnesium minerals in water hard and turns them into microscopic crystals. Once formed, these crystals break down from the OneFlow® medium and flow freely through the piping system without sticking to internal surfaces. Therefore, hard lime is excluded in pipes and heating elements .
Good to Know: Water treated with OneFlow® retains the same composition as normal tap water. This is because no salt or other chemicals are added to the water. Unlike water that has been treated with a 'normal' water softener, OneFlow® ensures that important minerals such as calcium and magnesium are preserved.
