After placing the order, you will receive an email indicating the account number to which to make the transfer or deposit. Please note that orders paid by bank transfer your order will be processed upon receipt of payment, in our bank, usually within 24/48 hours

When you pay with this Paypal payment method, payment confirmation is immediate.

When you choose to pay by credit card, you will automatically be directed through a secure SSL connection to the bank with which we have contracted the service, "La Caixa".

Transport company GLS, BLD

Regardless of the payment method chosen, the shipment will be made by one of our express transport companies GLS, BLD. As these are economical transport services, it is NOT possible to define delivery times.

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return the product, still in its original packaging.

 In case of damage, complaints will only be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
