General pumping station to install SANICUBIC 2 VX Three-phase on the ground

The SANICUBIC 2 XL is a large capacity pump station (120 liter tank) that can be perfectly adapted to small buildings, professional premises and much more.

Evacuates the black water from the toilets such as the gray water generated by showers, washing machines, sinks, etc. The device makes it possible to replace the function of a septic tank or a manhole, collecting the wastewater and driving it to a greater distance or height. Its installation is easy, it can be installed directly to the ground, you only need a 220 V electrical outlet and connect the evacuation tube.

The device is composed of 2 powerful motors of 2,000 W each that allow to raise the waters up to 10 meters in height or 100 meters away. These engines have a Vortex turbine system with a pitch diameter of 50 mm.

SANICUBIC 2 XL has an automatic start system, from the moment the wastewater reaches the activation level in the tank, the pumping system starts up. The motors work in alternation and if there is a problem with one, the user is notified with a wired deported alarm system. This device has an IP68 protection rating which means that it can withstand temporary submersion.

This pumping station has 5 multi-diameter inlets: 2 inlets on the sides and another 3 in the upper part of the device and a ventilation. 40/50 mm, 100/110 mm diameter tubes can be connected. Thanks to a flow rate of 40m3 / hour, all the elements generating wastewater can be connected to the SANICUBIC 2 XL: dishwashers, dishwashers, washing machines, glasswashers, sinks, showers or bathtubs, toilets, sinks etc. The device is designed to withstand water up to 70ºC, together with intensive use.

The wastewater evacuation is carried out by means of a tube with an inner 80 mm section (100 mm outer) and the ventilation by a 75 mm diameter tube. The supplied evacuation elbow is pre-equipped with a non-return valve. For optimal installation, we recommend the installation of shut-off valves on both the inlet and outlet pipes.
