seven days ago I purchased and had fitted a Junckers gas water heater it gives hot water for two minutes then go,s cold the plumber who fitted it says I should ring you for a plumber to rectify the problem . I am the customer why should I have to ring round to have something that is faulty put right . Please can you correct the problem for me please
