GAS PIPE COATING (WHITE)
Heat-shrinkable coating adheres to all tube corrugations

WELDING
All welding is carried out automatically using the TIG method, in
an atmosphere protected by Argon, without any type of contribution of material, through
of the direct fusion of the base materials.
WORK PRESSURE
The working pressure for the gas pipe (white pipe) is limited to 0.4 Bar, in
compliance with current regulations UNE-60713/1, which provides for its use in appliances
with a maximum heating capacity of 35kW.

SEALING
The tightness tests are carried out on 100% of the production: each piece is
individually tested and immersed in water by internally applying air to
pressure in order to test all parts of the tube, mainly the welds.
Sample testing, including destructive testing, is also carried out at the
internal laboratory, as required by the specific regulations in force.
RADIUS OF CURVATURE
The radius of curvature must be at least 1.5 times the outer diameter of the
tube. Never below this.
If we have, for example, a tube with an outer diameter of 18 mm, to make a bend
180º, the minimum radius of curvature should be 27 mm. See Figure.
