Angle valves of the L 85 series are used in plumbing installations. They are designed to individually cut off the water supply to washing machines, dishwashers and other points of consumption for repair or replacement. These valves are maneuvered by a quarter turn. Models with VITAQ SYSTEM are especially suitable for resisting the effects of limescale on valves, extending their useful life. Quarter turn drive system. Manufactured with European brass according to EN12164 and EN12165 standards. High quality chrome finish. Shaft and ball manufactured in a single piece, original ARCO design, which provides greater resistance, greater flow and totally silent (less than 15dBA). External sealing system by double O-ring. Fluid: drinking water and domestic hot water. The VITAQ SYSTEM consists of a shaft and a ball made in one piece from a limescale polymer. This arrangement increases its resistance, facilitates a smooth maneuver and prevents lime from adhering to it. In those installations where the hardness of the water or the temperature facilitate the deposition of lime, generally associated with a low frequency of operation of the valves, there is an increase in the hardness of the operation after long periods of time. VITAQ SYSTEM is the solution to prevent such harshness in the maneuver and to keep the flow constant over time, by preventing lime from adhering to it, reducing the passage of water.
