En el modelo Golmar 12210100, cómo se desactiva la función de abrir automáticamente cuando se llama desde el portal?. Y la función de no molestar?

Buenas, ese modelo que veo que tiene varias opciones, se puede hacer que al tocar el timbre desde fuera, abra la puerta automáticamente pasados unos segundos, como lo tienen muchas oficinas, dentistas y demás. Gracias de antemano.
Que equipo tiene isntalado?, este telefonillo es solo compatible con Golmar G2+
Bonjour, Nous avons un problème avec notre interphone. La lumière rouge porte ouverte reste allumée en continue et nous n'arrivons pas à l'éteindre. En conséquence la porte de l'immeuble reste ouverte sans sécurité, et n'importe qui peut rentrer seulement en sonnant à notre interphone. Serait-il possible d'avoir une solution à ce problème ?
Le reste du système est doté de la technologie G2+?
J ai la lumière rouge porte ouverte, qui reste allumée en continue etque je n' arrive pas à éteindre. En conséquence la porte de l immeuble reste ouverte sans sécurité. Je n ai pas de mode d emploi. D autre part la communication dans le hall est très forte sans possibilité de réglage. Intallation faite le 10 novembre sur le site 61 avenue de la République. Arcachon France. Merci de m aider dans le fonctionnement.

Min mor har en Golmar dørtelefon som ikke virker. Er der en dansk forhandler vi kan ringe til som kan komme forbi og se på den. Hun bor i Værløse,DK
